Refund Policy:
CR Bows will be happy to exchange any product you have purchased from CR Bows that has a major defect. The customer has 3 days from receipt of the product to notify CR Bows by phone at 612-245-8270 of the defect in order to receive a replacement free of charge.
The severity of the defect will be at the sole discretion of CR Bows. Any product that is deemed defective by CR Bows will result in either a partial refund or replacement of the same product. This will be in accordance to both the buyer and CR Bows agreeing on the decision. If no agreement can be made by the buyer and CR Bows, then CR Bows reserves the right to simply refund the buyers payment for the product minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
All refunds will be issued after CR Bows has recieved the defective product.
